Paper Submission

 All papers must represent original and unpublished work that is not currently under review. Each paper will be reviewed by at least three independent referees. Papers will be evaluated according to their significance, originality, technical content, style, clarity, and relevance to the workshop. At least one author of each accepted paper is expected to attend the workshop. Research papers must be prepared in the 8/5"x11" IEEE camera-ready format; templates are available at:

Our workshop solicits both full papers and short papers (e.g. experience reports, preliminary reports of work in progress, etc).  Full papers should not exceed 8 pages in length, short papers should not exceed 4 pages. All papers should be submitted using the M3SN Workshop web site at:

The papers accepted by the workshop PC will be published by the IEEE Xplore library which is available on the web.
