- LN 4: In the example at the beginning of Section 2.1, the coefficient a_{2,3} of the matrix should read 3, not 1. (Compare with page 4 or the book, p. 84.)

- LN 5, p.2, line 1: "You may have expected that increasing x_j by \theta increases the objective by \theta c_j." ("\theta x_j" does not make much sense here.)

- LN 5, Section 1.4, step 6.: should read "x_{B(i)}^{new}=x_{B(i)} - \theta^* u_i" [minus, not plus]

- LN 6, p.3, around equation (1): "b_i^{-1,T}" should read "b_l^{-1,T}"; "i-th row of B^{-1}" should read "l-th row of B^{-1}".

- LN 8, p.1: in the dual LP, the first constraint should read "4y_1 + y_2 \leq 6".

- LN 8, p.2: the middle of line 12 should read "want: y_1 (-x_1 + 3x_2) \geq 5y_1".
