Gets the system current date and time as a timestamp with time zone.
sword OCIDateTimeSysTimeStamp ( dvoid *hndl, OCIError *err, OCIDateTime *sys_date );
The OCI user session handle or environment handle.
The OCI error handle. If there is an error, it is recorded in err
and this function returns OCI_ERROR. Obtain diagnostic information by calling OCIErrorGet()
.
Pointer to the output timestamp.
OCI_SUCCESS,
