# TERMS OF USE

The Max Planck Society is the sole owner of the design mark "Minerva"
and the name "Max Planck". Use of the logo and the Indesign templates
offered here for download, in which the logo is embedded, is only
permitted within the scope of the communication activities and the
public portrayal of the Max Planck Society and its institutes. When
using the MPG logo, please always follow the guidelines and
recommendations as laid out in our style guide. Changes to the brand
are not permitted.

The logo may not be passed on to third parties or used, for example,
on private websites.

ZVG / Paragraph 13: References and Using Brands/LogosReferences and
Using Brands/Logos MPG may not be named as a reference for the trade
partner’s commercial purposes (such as on websites or on business
correspondence, flyers, or advertisements). Only if the trade partner
enters into a public tendering process, it is permitted to provide MPG
as a reference, about which MPG must be informed in advance. The trade
partner may not use the MPG logo (Minerva) which is registered as a
trademark.



# NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN

Die Max-Planck-Gesellschaft ist alleinige Rechteinhaberin der
Bildmarke ,,Minerva" und der Wortmarke ,,Max Planck". Eine Nutzung des
Logos und der Indesign-Vorlagen, in die das Logo eingebettet ist, ist
ausschließlich im Rahmen der Kommunikationsarbeit und Außendarstellung
der Max-Planck-Gesellschaft und ihrer Institute gestattet. Bitte
orientieren Sie sich bei der Nutzung des MPG-Logos immer an den
Vorgaben und Empfehlungen im Styleguide. Änderungen der Marke sind
nicht zulässig. Eine Weitergabe des Logos an Dritte sowie eine Nutzung
z.B. auf privaten Websites ist nicht gestattet.

ZVB-Hinweis Ziff. 13: Referenznennung und Marken-/Logonutzung Eine
Referenznennung der MPG zu kommerziellen Zwecken des/der
Vertragspartners*in (bspw. digital auf Websites oder in Printform auf
Geschäftskorrespondenz, Werbeflyern oder Anzeigen des/der
Vertragspartners*in) ist nicht gestattet. Ausnahmsweise zulässig ist
eine Referenznennung der MPG im Rahmen der Teilnahme des
Vertragspartners/der Vertragspartnerin an einem öffentlichen
Vergabeverfahren, worüber die MPG vorab zu informieren ist. Die
Nutzung des als Marke eingetragenen Logos der MPG (Minerva) durch
den/die Vertragspartner*in ist nicht zulässig.
